Invoiced and collected for services of grant writing and to create a foundation and did nothing best I can tell

This company proposed to be grant writers! They also took money to create a foundation, including filing all paperwork which was never done! They just keep telling you it takes time, and the next thing you know you can't get ahold of them anymore!

I don't know how people can do these things and sleep at night!
