I noticed a charge on my check card for 29.95 today by a company called DRI*ELEMENTS.com. Not recognizing this company I tried to verify it's web page and was redirected to this website where I was DELUGED by the reports of FRAUD assosciated sith this webaddress. I notified my bank of a POSSIBLE fraudulent charge and asked if they had any information available. The bank had none.
Since several people had indicated that they had been redirected to a DRI*PC TOOLS address I contacted PC TOOLS customer service directly and discovered that DRI*ELEMENTS.com is in fact a Billing Service used by PC TOOLS to collect payments for automatic subscription renewals.
If you have a PC TOOLS subscription this is what you can expect to see on your bank statement or credit card statement.
A little patience and COMMON SENSE will get you the answers more times than a TEMPER TANTRUM AND A LAWYER.
