Sunnymtg does not pay his loan officers.
He will have you sign a contract that allows him to keep your commissions. Tie you up in arbitration in Florida.
There are at least 4o of us that have not been paid!!!
If he does pay you, he wont report your earnings to the state or Federal Governments.
I have found an attorney that wants to take our case against Sunnymtg.com to federal court. He says that not only should we get our commisions but says that he is going to file for wages that we should have ben paid. At least minimum wage for all the hours worked. He isnt going to charge us anything, that he gets paid when the case is won and paid by Sunny. He says that the more clients the better weight with the judge.
