Doug has worked at several leasing companies in California. I worked with him on purchasing capital equipment from Preferred Lease. He lied about the interest rate we were being charged. When we found out, it was too late. The company was already shut down due to fraud.
I've done some research on this guy, and he has worked at Celtic Leasing and Alliance Funding Group. He's probably moved on to another leasing company. Make sure you do your research on your lease so you don't get scammed by this con artist. Better yet, work with someone else from the company he is at... That is if it is a legitimate company.
