FIRST NATIONAL CARD, CCS ripoff deceptive company false promises victimized many consumers

My husband and I kept receiving several applications for pre-approved credit cards when we obtained a P.O. Box.
We recently lost our home, due to another fraudulant company that told us we could do a forebearance plan, due to the fact that We had a financial hardship. I have a serious illness that caused me not to be able to work.
My husband is a Police Officer of 15 years of service and has always worked second jobs, since they get paid so little.

Most of the credit card applications were for people who needed to rebuild their credit and are very ligitimate.
This company makes it look like you are receiving a Visa or Mastercard and promised us $6,500.00 line of credit and if we paid the $199.99 up front they raised it to $8,500.00.

This was in January and the money was taken out of our checking account on February the 2nd.
When we received the card and paperwork, it said First National Merchant Credit Card. It explained that they would be sending magazines to us and we could order merchandise from the catalogs and they contained over 5,000 products to purchase from such as computers, electronics, furniture, clothes, jewelry, tools, cookware, housewares, small home appliances, automotive items ane much more.

We were upset, but the only thing that made it sound better was that it said that we were pre-aproved for CASH ON DEMAND.

This meant that we could get fast cash, hassle free and interest free for up to $1,000.00 and it would not go towards our credit limit. It was totally seperate.
By calling before our approval expires, we'll offset our standard membership fee of $200.00 by giving you 200.00 in credit with your first purchase over $500.00 giving you easy shopping at no extra cost! We'll also give you another $100.00 in credit with any other purchase over $200.00 to offset our standard 99.00 annual fee. (I am typing this directly from one of the main letters they sent.)

Signed, S.M. Skipper New accounts manager.
I spoke to a Manual garcia on 2/01/03
I also spoke to a David Tucker two weeks later. He gave me the number 1-800-731-0121 and Benefits 1800-279-6989.

Today is April the 10th and I realized that we had received nothing in the mail that had been promised.
I couldn't find this paper first, so i put in the word First Bank card and Lo and behold I saw "First Bank Card" is a scam.

I clicked on the icon and there was the same exact letter that I first received. It was Green and White, and identicle down to every drop of ink.
I called my bank immediatly.

They told me that it wasn't just a debit card that they used, it was an actual ACH withdrawl that they used, so they have access to use it again and they may have and we don't know about it.

They are beginning an investigation and thank god I will get my money back, but it may take up to 30 days.
We live from payday to payday and now some psycho has all our information!

I have a daughter that is two and my husband certainly doesn't want his information out their.
A criminal would actually get off knowing they had a cops information.
They had better hope that someone else finds them before I do.

But we do believe in God and I know that one way or another these people may be happy now with our money! But just wait until it's their turn to get what they have coming to them.

If there is anyone out there that knows any other way that we can get involved in a class action lawsuit or money back for their illegal actions! Please let it be known. Thanks!
