This IsN't a problem with URS. Your criticism is by using Capitol One Car loans, not with URS. Why do you consider you are able to bitch about URS whenever your criticism is by using the car financial institution. Should you had settled your mortgage/dedication WHILE YOU decided to, you'd haven't needed to cope with URS or proceed with Cover One.
