Ripoff. I received a call and told them I didn't want their services. They billed me anyway, I didn't pay, they threatened to report me as a bad credit risk. Rip-off con-artists took us for all we had

I saw their ad online. It offered a credit card with a limit of 2,500.00 right off the bat. They said there would be a charge upfront. I hadn't decided yet.

Then I got a call regarding an upgrade to something I hadn't even signed up for, and I told the lady in no uncertain terms that I had decided against this company.

I got notification online that I was accepted and the 2,500.00 was not in the form of a credit card, but was a catalogue of their products you could choose from.

I didn't want this service and didn't authorize payment for it.

I received a letter stating my 2,500 would be suspended on 1/22/03 which was fine, but further reading told me that they threatened to report me to a credit bureau as delinquent and that I could remain on the report for up to 7 years as permitted by Federal Law.
