I called inquiring on this company - the person we spoke with was Barbara Mallires and after my initial phone call - she and I would speak often, but the calls were coming more frequently until my husband and I decided that this was the best thing to do in our circumstances. Well, low and behold, once they have your money - no more calls came - we had to do the calling, and if we emailed the lawyer, the response was either very slow or not answered at all. Now that this new loan modification has become more readily available to the public, we requested a refund.
The emails I received from Barbara Mallires were not professional at all and she claimed to have bent over backwards for us - again, how can you bend over backwards for someone that you are not doing anything for??? Do not go with this company - I believe it is a husband and wife couple out to scam you!
