I am a business manager in Santa Barbara CA who has to rebutt any complaints the Santa Barbara BBB get about the business. I am getting nowhere when I try to call or email someone to contact me. When I call the BBB the phone is answered by an automated machine saying all reps are busy call back or email for help, all emails go unanswered and the phone is never answered. I address every complaint that goes to the BBB concerning the company and resolve any and every issue.
When a company treats you unfairly and you have trouble getting anyone to pay attention to my complaints is that fair? Is that what the BBB claims it is going to do?!?! They want business owners to pay a fee for a good rating. I finally went directly to the BBB to get some help and it was like getting into Fort Knox and I was treated like a criminal and they would not help me they told me to call or send and email. The BBB is a SCAM!!
