Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I requested a copy of my credit report. I have now been charged not just once but twice for $79.95.

I want my money back. I'm a single mother, my hard earned money certainly does not grow on trees. Some one needs to put a stop to these people. Because of them, I may not have gas to get to work this week, or money for my child to eat!!! What do I do now. If I had a phone number I would call and demand my money back.
