Collection agency pretending to be city marshal sending out letter with the city logo

I receive a letter from this agency advising that i have an outstandiong debt that I owe 2711.02 to company by the unifund I have no idea of who this company is I dealti never deal with them before. Out of the blue this letter comes advising that a judgement has been enter against me and failure to comply will cause a physically levy upon personal properity. Please be advised that this letter is unoffical one its written in red ink secondly the city logo is not valid Please not Iam not paying them one penny what so ever.
