Martin a. Bienstock palisades collection llc assig of at&t notice to garnish my bank account

Only my bank has sent me any notification about this judgement against me. Palisades collection has never once tried to reach me but filed a with a debt collector to freeze my bank account. I have no way of contacting these people and I am now getting a Lawyer to sue my bank and others involved in this Conspirasy.
