Claim to charge you $3.95 for CD but charge your account another $74.95 for? CHarleston, Nevis Internet

I also got taken by this company, I beleive it was a highlight on my Comcast
home page back in February. I DID receive the CD eventually but am certainly
not going to use it. I have called the number several times and when I am able to get voice mail, it says it is "New Spin". I believe I left a message right
after I saw the charge "pending" on my online statement. I want my money back! The address I found in the Website has no state listed, just Charleston,
Nevis. Help!!!
