Don't be fooled by these guys! They're just the worst scammers in the world. They're not even in the US. They're in the Caribbean. Taking our money and living it up!
I started calling grantwritingexpress in March asking for a refund. They were soooo sweet and assured me that my refund would come in 2 or 3 weeks.
In April they charged my account again for $74.95. I talked to "Bob". They owed me for 3 charges. "Bob" said he cancelled my account and would refund my money.
Andrew answered the phone at grantwritingexpress in May. He apologized to me because "Bob" didn't cancel my account and there was one more charge for $74.95.
In the meantime, my bank had also called them. GWE said they would be refunding my money within 4 days.
The money was never refunded.
You can no longer call GWE because their phone is no longer in service.
I will be calling the US Dept. Of Commerce, Andean/Caribbean Division as soon as possible. They're phone number in Washington D.C. Is 1-202-482-1658.
The Government offices for the Island of Nevis are located on St. Kitt's Island.
