Surprise $391.77 Deferred Finance Charge on Store Credit Card

I am also a victim of this Deferred Finance Charges made on my Best Buy Store Credit Card. At first they reduce my available credit limit and now they are charging me $391.77 for Billed Deferred Finance Charges. I have been paying my account every month without being late. This one time charges is misleading.
