I see all the reports on this company and their are very similar to ours. Me and my husband fell behind on a few payments and with no notice they came for our truck. I had talked to the repossion department of Triad and told them our tax money would be here in a week. Iwas then told if we faxed them proof of our return they would work with us and not take it to auction. Well they lied they wouldn't wait when i called them and to find out or truck was gone from the repo yard. The repo company had tried to stop them from taking our truck from the yard because i had told them we had worked an agreement out with them. The lady i had talked to at the repo yard had apologized reapeatedly for them taking it but they wouldn't listen to her either. I hadn't relized we were not alone with this problem with triad from harassing phone calls at work and at home. Me and my husband would love to be apart of a lawsuit against these pricks for doing what they do to people. Making you feel like less than dirt when you have less of a income coming due to lack of work.
