I signed up for what the sales person Aaron told me was a free trial of their leads for customers looking for insurance quotes. To start the free trial I had to sign a form and provide a voided check as good faith. He said no monies would be drafted until after he followed up with me to see how I liked it. There was no free trial and I got my account drafted for 350 dollars. Upon trying to rectify this problem there was a person named Curtis whom is a mortgage broker there that said he would credit me back and give me a new contract for only 200 dollars. At this point I was assuming it was some new guy that signed me up and had made a mistake. I was still interested in trying this company, but I sure didn't want to commit to 350 dollars. I felt like this Curtis person was trying to help. Curtis even agreed that I had been milead and that he was concerned with what had happned to me. I asked again to make sure no more money would be drafted out and he said no. He state he would not draft any more money out because he was going to credt the 350 I had already been billed 10 days earlier. Of course they drafted more money out against my authorization and they did it twice. I had to prove to them that they double billed me and they wouldn't give me back or honor anything this Curtis guy said. Their own customer service people can't even get ahold their "managers" to validate my story. These so called leads are terrible. The are mostly disconnected phone numbers and they are very old. They are full of wrong information. Their customer service is terrible, don't sign anything, don't provide any form or payment, and don't expect any quality leads from these guys. You can almost never get a hold of anyone, they don't call you back, and they do not listen to their customers. This has been the worst customer experience that I have ever had with any company. It is a interstate transaction so its even worse because I can't do much about it. Do not do any business with these guys
