I too was ripped out by RMP, but I was about to get back $2,000.00 of my money, but they still owe me $1,666.00 and the only reason I was able to get that back is that I stayed on their case and did not let up until I got something back. That was in April. I had enrolled 4 accounts with this company and they only settled one account. I know the FBI was investigating this company in but I do not know what the conclusion was.
The special agent that was handling this case was Michael Decker his his address is Federal Bureau of Investigation, J Gordon Shanklin Building, One Justice Way, Dallas, Texas 75220. Also the owner who name is Hyla Stanton did have an attorney his name is Mike Gerity from Israel & Gerity, Tel. (602) 274-4400, but I do not know if this attorney is still representing her. I would leave messages for Mike Gerity, but he would never returned any of my calls.
