I'm also having an issue like the others who reported this company. I've been giving money to NCS for the past two years (over $12,000). The company has not been in contact with the creditors and did not provide the services that were promised. I finally requested a refund and they were to get back to me. They never did. Now Their website is offline and their phone #s are disconnected.

Gary Gregary.
Since I'm not the only one having this same problem with NCS I also suspect the whole thing is a scam!
I have saved several email exchanges with these folks and can provide much more details if needed.
