Unauthorized hard credit inquiry

You will find 5 "normal questions" on my credit history dated

10/26,01/18,02/28,04/29 and 06/02. Based on the creit agencies a normal request means i ahve required credit. I've not required credit but there's nothing i will do but hope the corporation responds to my demand and have these questions eliminated
