Stated i won what they call "THE BIG GAME" $250,000.00 - received a ck $4920.00

I received a letter in the mail stating i won "THE BIG GAME", even send me my lucky winning numbers in the letter with mega ball and all. My numbers matched $250,000.00. My claimed have be befor March 02.
Inclosed was a check for $4,920.00, this check was for legal and administractive a fees, i was to call the account manager, Emma Lane and Heather Foster to activate this.
The letter was signed

Yes this is ripoff. I hope this helps others not to beleive this letter.
