Exculsive Platinum Level Services And Benefits
I mailed in my fee to recieve my cards (rush services) they cashed my check and said i have to send in more money. I want my processing fee back and they telling me thats its non refundable, it doesn't state that on the approval lette

I sent in my processing fee and of 69 dollars rush services they cashed my check and they told me that my cards was in the mail, after a week i called and they told me that i have to send in 300 dollars to recieve my cards. I told them that i thought the cards was already mail off. I asked for my processing fee back and they told me that its non refundable. It doesnt say non refundable no where on the applications. I feel that if im unhappy with the service I have the right to recieve a refund before a certain amount of days
