Deceptive, Dishonest, Incapable, Incompetent, Intentional FRAUD All U.S. Cities Ohio

Paid account in full. Proven, verified, documented. Chase has promised over and over to stop charging late fees, finance charges on an account that was paid in full and closed at our request in August.
Then month after month we receive statements with late charges and finance charges.
We have called, e-mailed, and been promised over and over for the past 7 months that this mistake that Chase made would be corrected.
For a few months I thought it was incompetence since every time we were given a name of the person correcting the mistake and then again it was not done.
After a few months I thought it was dishonesty. Fake names were given or every one who worked on correcting our account had quit working at Chase.

Now 7 months later I think it is INTENTIONAL FRAUD.
