Myself along with about 20 others have experienced the same thing we have banked with them for 3 years in the last 6mo we have all been charged overdraft fees well over $300 the thing is our accounts are all with a positave balance and the last deposit was cash they say goes in asap although they are holding it then charging 34 for every trans. Then puting the deposit in they have got me myself for over $800 i am a working mother and cant afford this they have put me so far behind on my bills that i am not sure what to do.
Not only this but when you call they are rude and tell you to learn how to work your check book this is an outrage and we need to do something for the working people to get their mone back i am prepared to go to the media and who ever i need to i have been told that i have every right to form a class action lawsuit if anyone can help please get with me asap i am prepared to act fast! Thank you
