Sps
It is impossible to have a negosiation with SPS!

I been a SPS customer for 2 years, and never missed a payment. Now that I am facing an economic hardship situation they are not willing to do anything I have talked to so many of them trying to find a solution to my problem and the only thing out of their mouth is ' WHEN ARE YOU MAKING YOUR PAYMENT? I have done the impossible to save may house but,

I can't do anything anymore because they mess up my credit SO BAD, that at this point I don't care anymore.
I guess what I am saying is, if SPS owns your Mortgage and for whatever reason you fall behaind one month... You are done. They will do whatever it takes to foreclose your property. If anyone is willing to take them to court, I want in!!!
