Am contacting you to ask for your help in taking down a online fraudulent company called Unionbay Financial Group. Let me explain why...
On or about January 29 I googled "loans" and the above referenced company was in the search results. I completed the on-line application. On or about February 3 I was contacted by a Aubrey Hernandez (assuming that is her real name) we discussed my options and how the company could help me in my present situation. She explained to me that her company has been arround since 1993 and they locate lenders for people with "problem credit".
At the time I assumed I asked the all the right questions. She later sent me a contract to review that seemed legal. One of the terms in the contract was for me to send the company 15% of the amount I applied for. I asked her why I would have to send money and she then informed me that due to my credit rating I would have to show the lender that I can protect the loan with collateral payment. I thought it over for a week and then sent her $1500 through money gram on February 17 we spoke throughout the day and she informed that once the funds were verified they would wire the money to me within six to eight hours.
On countless times I have tried to contract her or anyone in her office and my calls remained unanswered and unreturned. I then decided to do more research on this so called loan company. I could find one think that was negative or positive about the company. So now I have turned to you. I know that I may never get my money returned, my self pity and feeling of ignorance have now turned to anger and I want revenge on this company! I want to make sure that they never take advantage of another pereson again. Please help me take them down!
