I've been a person with BB&T and obviously this lender is extremely unprofessional using the method they perform company, with how they handle their clients (Particularly the client support callcenter).
I've been condemned with crazy NSF charges. The thing is that I'd positioned money in my consideration to protect costs that I'd did on my charge card. I requested the teller if it was likely to protect something imminent. He lied to my experience and explained yes. The following day the cash was eliminated and that I had many NSF charges. That is not the very first time that BB&T has been doing this. I confess I've made errors previously regarding my consideration and required the fault when need. Nevertheless the previous 2 times it has occurred wasn't my problem. I ensured there is profit my consideration to protect my butt. Appearantly money isn't adequate to BB&T till they make certain they are able to obtain darn fingers in my own honeypot.
After I call in to the customer support middle of BB&T to try and manage this scenario; I had been ostensibly informed 'Oh well, maybe you must perform your company elsewhere' what type of customer support is that this?
