Dear Sir,
I applied for a loan last year and it was granted, subject to me sending a considerable USD amount for application fees. Which I did, then they requested more fees for their government to release the funds to send to me, and also other fees.
They are now requesting more fees to enable them to send the loan to me. They refuse point blank to give a confirmation of their company being legitimate on the grounds that it is confidential information. They also refuse to give details of their bank to enable me to verify that they are legitimate.
I contacted the registrar of companies in their country, who requested fees prior to me having them to establish whether they are legitimate, and registered as a financial institution with the relevant authorities.
I requested that an invoice be produced by the Registrar of Companies to enable me to send the fee to them I have sent 3 e-mails to the registrar of companies requesting the invoice in one week.
But I only receive an auto responder message saying that they received my message and will attend to the matter in due course. I have all emails as proof of back up as evidence if necessary. What can be done about this? Is any one who is honest prepared to investigate this matter?
This has caused me considerable hardship. How many other people have been affected by this company?
