They took $29.95 out of my checking account after I opt out of there program

I read all material on AP9*MIDENITITY so I just took a look and then read all there Fees and Opt out of there program the same day. So they charged me $29.95 debiting my checking account.

I called them to opt out of the program. They said I would not be charged. Now I am out $29.95.
