Interest Rate Keeps going up Started at 9% now 11.125% never missed payment

Have a fair credit rating, never missed a payment on credit cards, mortgage, or any other payments. My interest rates are going crazy from 9.5% to now 11.125%. I can not understand it. I first got the loan from Home Funds Direct and it was sold to Ocwen. I need help what can I do?
