Upon signing up and getting the first batch of six (6) ALL of them where bogus leads. I reported this to NetQuote so they can confirm themselves. I had to call NetQuote each time they gave a lead, as each lead had either a Bad Phone or Wrong Info! When I had a correct number the person I called stated: "You're the 10th person who as called me; I'm not looking for insurance and hung up on me.
After dealing with NetQuote they have attempted to charge my credit card for BOGUS leads, DESPITE being told they where no good. They too confirmed the leads where bad! Whenever I emailed them they attempted to charge my card again, even today.
Finally spoken with a person who calls himself B. J a collection person who was nothing but rude and obnoxious, stating I still owe $60, but will offer a settlement of $44.00 I refused to pay stating ALL LEADS WHERE FALSE LEADS! B. J's reply: "Well, either pay or have your credit and insurance appointments affected." I stated this is WRONG and ILLEGAL! B.J. Only smirked and stated he was not going to remove said charges. They want me to pay for something they DID NOT PROVIDE!
When I inquired further today as to the FALSE billing for BAD LEADS; he writes the following to me via email:
I don't want to rehash it with you Michael, I don't think we'll ever see eye to eye. Take care.
