I have received numerous calls in the past regarding marketing offers to both my home and mobile phone. I had requested in the past and present, to cease those marketing calls in that they are annoying and a great nuisance.
I am registered with the "do not call" list, however, since I'm an existing member with Wells Fargo, the calls continue. When I spoke with the manager there named Michael Dickens, he said the calls will not stop for the valued customers. This is a form of harassment as is all unwanted calls. I did ask him if my account was compromised and he said no. It was merely a sales call.
Little background: I have a PMA account in which I keep a fair amount of balance and do not appreciated employees lurking into my acccount with my permission. I do not believe employees have the right to look into customers' personal information without their permission. Michael Dickens is a very unprofessional manager as should receive more training or be fired!!!
