I received a FREE CD that I was only supposed to have to pay $1.98 s/h for. Upon receiving my bank statement my account was in the red for $69.95, after research found that this company had billed me this amount for the FREE CD I had received. Upon calling the company and speaking with representative Catherine—Operator #2134? Advised me that I would not be refunded the money due to receiving the CD. Was advised same by her "Supervisor" Lisa Raez? At this point it became blatantly obvious to me that I had become a victim of Fraud. I want to make others aware of this situation before they find themselves in the same. Thank you for listening and better luck to others.
