To someone that ever delt with this company give me an advise
We used this company for our client and never received a response after they took his money from his credit card.
My client disputed with his credit card company that this transaction was not valid to return his money and the credit card company put his 3,000 back to his account
We dont know what new world commercial lender sent to them as a document stating they did something for my client which was all a scam because after a few weeks the loan officer wasnt even working for them no longer and when we contacted new world they said that friday they will refund the money back and nothing here new world provided the company with some sort of document that the credit card company bought they lies and took the money back out of myclients credit card.
I need help with this case, what should I tell my borrower its been more than a year now.
