Taking unauthorized money

I've been billed unauthorized costs for the succes package i requested for 1.00. After I attempt to contact the 800-number i get no reaction. I'd like my money returned not just from google but their companion identiy secure. The costs simply keep arriving despite ancellations. Thank you.
