This company is a sham, Hunt Gersin and his accomplice Samantha Goodnight has formulated a way to rip-off Loan officers of their hard earned money by claiming that they've engaged in fraudulent transactions that cannot be proven.,
I closed four loans with this crooks and sent a check for $22,000 to the so called manager Samantha Goodnight only to have my checks withheld for reason's best known to them. I've contacted the office of professional standards and also filing a report with the Illinois association of mortgage brokers.
I have also been able to track down other loan officers who have lost money with this crooks, Hunt Gersin, a class action suit is coming your way soon. Please check this crook out before sending any loan to him. And othe "model branches" out there, you're next. Watch out.
