Heather DeSimone President/Founder Extraordinary Single Moms Foundation and HKC Enterprises embezzled over $41,000 from former employer Rockwell Financial by forging checks written on companies account through Wells Fargo Bank. She is currently being investigated by the FBI for identity theft and forgery.
Mrs. Desimone is the President/Founder of HKC Enterprises which runs a 501c foundation working under the name Extraordinary Single Moms Foundation www.esmoms.com The deceptive role of the foundation is to recruit single mothers in order to teach them how to do mortgage loan. Desimone is recruiting these women promising a payout of commissions for closed loans when in fact her she is pocketing the money and leaving the single moms with nothing.
Rockwell Financial is in no way affiliated with nor responsible for the actions of Desimone. Her website www.esmoms.com lists Rockwell Financial as a partner when in fact Rockwell Financial is a victim.
Desimone has launched an internet slander campaign against Rockwell stating that Rockwell refused to pay out commissions and that the company has been cited for not paying out commissions. No such "citation" has been issued - Desimone in fact forged the checks and drained the bank account containing all the funds herself. She wrote checks to herself, her corporation even her hairdresser. These are efforts to throw law enforcement off of her trail.
Rockwell Financial has cooperated fully with all involved law enforcement agencies. It is just a matter of time before Desimone will have to answer for her crimes. Please DO NOT get caught in her net.
