Bogus Charges on my Phone Bill

I've these costs on my statement that used to do not approve. I've email and long-distance thru AT&T. After I named they offered me the run-around. Then I named another organization (costs on same statement) from the title of ILD Teleservices @1-800433-4518 and 1 800-917-9469. The same person responded all 3 outlines. THE QUANTITY THEY'RE TRYING TO CHARGE ME IN: 13.79 and 34.70, an overall total of $48.19.

All-they offer you may be the work-a-round. How will you quit these cash scammers??
