Violates fair credit act by calling on current payments

As I am not alone in this, this company makes monthly harrassing calls to my cell phone and place of employment for a current payment. I have yet to violate the agreement and I have paid within 3-5 days of the due date. They were advised not to call me at work, yet they continue to do so.

I am filing with the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I am fed up with them and see that they really don't support the people they robbed of their dignity to begin with...
