My parents have been working for sometime now to refinance their home. All their lives they have had outstanding credit. Now with the economy like it is things are tough, this I realize.
When my parents first contacted Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company, llc in lake mary, fl things looked good, now 2 months later phone calls are not returned, the company refuses to release my parents information back to them, the employee they were working with seems to be very irresponsible, he had to get married to a woman he got pregnant. Now he wont even talk to my dad.
My dad has even spoke to his supervisor and yet again they are blowen off and given what I woould call stall tactics or smoke screening. Based on what I have seen from the Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company, llc business pratices I would avoid doing anything with them.
