Upon reciving my bank statement I found that an unathorized withdrawl was made from my account by Consumerinfo.com. I recived no notification that this would take place neither by email nor by phone.
I was completly taken aback by this and would like to recive my money back. I was assumed that this was a free credit report, I would like to note that I never did recive a credit report, I feel that my trust was taken advantage of, and I would like to atleast recive my money back for this violation.
