Unauthorized membership and charges

I requested an dvd off amazon and was instantly signed up for some smartsavings membership without my understanding or permission. They simply began getting 30 bucks per month off my charge card. I really couldnot enter towards the smartsavings site without having a sign in title (that we did not have cause i never registered). After 2 hours about the telephone together, they stated I had been registered instantly after hitting BUY NOW for my dvd. Nothing was actually delivered to me about that "membership", how is that this authorized? I never got my cash back
