They charged my account and i never got anything from them Orlando Florida

I was looking at my bank account tonight and found this charge for 9.99 and i have purchased nothing at all from this smartsavings.com. I had never heard of it. I'm going to call my bank tomorrow and have them stop payment but this kind of thing has to stop.
