I don't know if writing will change our situation, but it all started in September. We got a notice that Fairbanks has purchased our mortgage. Since that day it has been a living hell. We have been on one forbearance agreement, which suddenly became null and void because the figures were wrong.
Now we have been served once again with foreclosure papers. My husband and I just do not know what to do anymore. Should we keep fighting or should we give up. Like many of you, we have more than paid our mortgage on time, but even paid extra, yet Fairbanks is still insisting that we are now 8 months behind and they need to figure out all of the fees we owe.
You know, I don't know if it will ever stop. I don't even know if I have the strenght to keep fighting. They have ruined our credit and no one will even consider refinancing. If any one starts a class action lawsuit against this company, count me in.
I hope there will be an end soon to all this madness.
