Ripoff did not send card after taking $187 dollars out of my checking fraudulent ripoff business New York New York

I have been trying to rebuild my credit and got the offer in the mail. I read through it, but did not check on line for any bad reporting. I filed out the credit app and paid the $187 for process fee, I still have not received the mastercard they promised me and it has been over 2 months. Do not... I repeat Do Not send them any money or let them take it out of your checking account!
