First National Credit Service Prime One Ripoff dishonest and fraudulent billing cashed my electronic check and never sent Card

I received an email solicitation from this company offering a credit card. I have had some small problems in the past and I was looking to reopen a new credit card because I have all my old ones paid off. I gave Prime One my checking account number and routing number so they could withdraw $187.00 from my checking account. I filled out their online forms on 10/15/02. The Money was withdrawn from my bank on 10/16/02 and as of today I still haven't received the guaranteed Master Card. I have full documentation of the fraudulent withdrawl and I would enjoy seeing these people pay for this invasion of privacy. First because they are taking advantage of very important parts of people lives, credit and hard earned money. Also, they are preying on people who are trying to improve their credit worthiness not get screwed over by some dirty business.
