Last November 08 I had the misfortune of becoming acquainted (as a client) with National Investment corp and John Jennings. It didn't take long after
I had already signed over title - deed to this man that his facade began to unravel as it was soon apparent that when ever he opened his mouth you could expect either a flat out lie or in the very least a contradiction to a previous statement.
The sad truth is he has talent but choose to use it for evil instead of good (yes John if your reading this your an evil person) who will insist that he just wants to help people out and will do what's best for the clients situation and will tell you with a straight face, that is the focus and goal of his company, which is obviously the farthest thing from the truth.
THIS MAN WOULD SELL HIS BODY PARTS OFF HIS HEALTHY INFANT CHILD IF THE PRICE WERE RIGHT! (thank God he has no offspring, but I wouldn't put it past him if he did.)
I know for a fact that there would be page after page of complaints if just a fraction of the people came forward. Either way his luck will run out soon enough. I'm just one of many people who still need to come forward and just let it be know what type of person he is and what he has done.
My hope is enough people will come forward so that he will gain the attention of the FBI or an AG's office that will put him where he belongs. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are embarrased and don't want to come forward but we are all in the same boat and have similar stories. For me, I trusted him with my short sale and he only used my home for personal gain until it finally went into foreclosure, as well as had me file a BK that I didn't need, which only aided him in in hanging on to my house longer. You see his standard operating procedure is to take title then rent your home out and collect rent for as long as possible.
But my house was a very nice and in a nice neighborhood so John decided to use it as his flop house when he was in town (he has no home of his own) and claim it was one of the homes in his portfolio (where he held seminars) and he could showcase it to his would be victims that he would draw in though fliers and advertisements for his "foreclosure business" When the time comes I can proof the he forged documents with my signature.
