Phone bill

I've a cost from www.unitedtel.com on my telephone bill, the costs originated from ESBI. I didn't have any thought who unitedtel was or who ESBI was untill I acquired this telephone bill. I am handicapped, I've a lifeline telephone mounted having a stop on long-distance calling. I don't know how some organization I never heard about may simply get ESBI to bill me when it's scam. ESBI must have to take into account permitting such exercise. I understand, something to create a dollar. I actually donot like being a victum. I'd like something done
