Beware of National Lottery scams..! Rememberer if it is to good to be true chances are it is. As this company will send you a check that appears to be real it is not as it appears. Timothy J. Ryans should be made held accountable but is slick enough to stay just one sept inside the law and will make you pay big should you attempt to cash the check that along with the letter that claims that you won a lottery.
