Ripping customers off in fees

WAMU is a ripped off business and please anyone reading this, please I am appealing you to stop using this
bank.

If all people are united together, they can put these bank businesses who practice these ripped off excessive fee to stop this practice. This is so ridiculous that I am going to call a lawyers to see what they can do. I mean people, read and learn, as long as you use that bank or any businesses that practice these shitty and shady business practices, the businesses are going to thrive and pass it on to you.

The fee that I paid for $459 for non-sufficient fee. It started out with balance of $40. I deposit 300, then withdrew $80. Then because the deposit has not gone through, it triggered a fee. The fee started to add up every day of $33.00 which I did not know about. Then I withthrew $200. You would think the balance will be 40 300-80-200=60. It was not. Because the fee was in excess, it started to add up.

How in the world does WAMU going to operate their programming of this type of shitty program and get away with it. I do software engineering work and this type of practice with WAMU is pretty shady business. If the customer do not have the amount sufficient in the account, why would they allow their bank program to give out money to a customer knowing full well the bank know the balance of the customer yet continue to give out the money, then turn around and put an overdraft fee on it.

Try this. Have amount in your bank for 100. Go and deposit 300. You have 400. Go fill up your car 50 with ATM. The balance should be 350. Now go and withdraw 340. The balance is 10. Then go and withdraw $20. The bank does not care you do not have sufficient amount, but the bank will give you $20.

The balance is $-10. Well you just triggered a bank overdraft fee of $43. You do not keep your balance, so you go out again. You do car smog for $40 with your ATM. The bank allows it. The balance is now -10-43-43. You just added up another fee. Then go to the bank and withdraw $20. The bank does not care you do not have enough in account, but hey this is a way a bank can rip you off, so bank gives you $20, then add on another fee of $43.

I could go on and on. But get my point. Is this the WAMU common practice. Yes. Their only explanantion is that it is customer who is reponsible for keeping track of their balance. What is their accountability. NONE because they can make a money scheme out of consumers.

Any lawyers who are advocate for consumer, please help put these practices out. With all the news of wall street and banks screwing people with no accountabilities is just absurd. Where are lawyers who are advocate for the real people, the workers who are too busy making ends meet while the big businesses like WAMU continue these shady acts of doing business.
